Metaphysical studies revealed that babies have a lot of psychic abilities. Our little souls can quickly notice and form opinions about people and the small world around them. Excellent judges; They seem to love or hate certain things. They can tell right from wrong, even as young as 3 months old.

They simply trust their instincts!

But why we tend to lose this innate moral sense…Leaders, where is our baby instincts?

Some leaders are busy analysing their environment and overly relying on data and spreadsheets to lead their decisions. They forget about the power of using their natural intuitive intelligence to truly read people or situations!

As everything else in life, we simply need to hold to what is good and trust our “gut feelings”!
